1. Agreement

By accessing our website, community, or mobile apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region).

3. Content & licenses

• You retain ownership of videos you upload. You grant Vlogit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create transcoded/derivative works solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or violates others’ privacy or intellectual property.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community rules

When participating in our community (including our Discord server), you must follow both Vlogit’s rules and Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

We may moderate or remove posts, limit access, or suspend accounts for violations. If you violate these rules, your subscription and access to perks may be terminated without refund, as determined by Discord or Vlogit.

5. Paid features

Some features may require payment (e.g., supporter subscriptions processed by Discord through Stripe, or one-time donations processed through Buy Me a Coffee).

• Payments & Refunds: All subscription payments, renewals, and refunds are processed directly by Discord (via Stripe) and are subject to Discord’s own terms, policies, and refund rules. One-time donations are processed through Buy Me a Coffee and are subject to Buy Me a Coffee’s own terms and refund policies. Vlogit does not control billing and is not responsible for issuing refunds.
• Perks & Benefits: Subscriptions may provide access to exclusive server channels, roles, polls, or other digital perks as described at the time of purchase. Benefits are managed by Vlogit, but their availability is not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued at any time.
• Third-Party Terms: By subscribing or donating, you also agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider (e.g., Discord, Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee).

6. Beta features

Pre-release features may change or be discontinued. We may collect feedback and usage data to improve performance and safety.

7. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• No uploading malware or attempting to access others’ accounts.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vlogit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations, risk, or legal reasons.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware and, as applicable, the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vlogit, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or (c) any content you upload or provide through the Service.
